Cycles:

Like the seamless transition between seasons, our lives and the various situations we encounter are in perpetual motion, each phase gracefully giving way to the next. Conditions emerge, flourish, transform, and gradually fade, paving the way for new beginnings. These cycles can vary in length. Some are fleeting, lasting mere days, while others span decades, with their seasons unfolding over the years. It's the situations that we really care about, those that hold significance in our lives, that stand out, and we feel each phase of the cycle. For instance, the onset of Fall, marked by its crisp breezes and waning daylight, warns of Winter's arrival, urging us to prepare for colder and darker days ahead. When Fall arrives, we know an ending or permanent change is not far behind.

Similarly, the shift from the chill of Winter to the burgeoning optimism of Spring symbolizes rebirth and rejuvenation, offering solace that every hardship is followed by brighter, more hopeful times. This awareness of life's inherent rhythm fosters resilience and adaptability within us. Spring is inevitable and offers us reasons to feel hopeful and feel the sun once again warm our faces. The question is, what seed will you plant when spring returns?
